Background-checked Mount Vernon technicians · 24/7 dispatch
Halo Water Proofing started small in the Mount Vernon area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
Every Mount Vernon technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Mount Vernon crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
No two Mount Vernon basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
